Number 7 – Copperfield’s Ring of Fire (2001)
David Copperfield has created and performed some of the greatest magic of all time. He’s walked through the Great Wall of China, vanished the Statue of Liberty, and levitated over the Grand Canyon… but in his last TV special, ‘Tornado of Fire’, he tried a very different style of magic that perhaps could have been thought through a little better.
He had two attractive women come up on stage and caused their underwear to change places while they were wearing them.
Now, some men may think that’s pretty sexy.. I’m sure David did, but pretty much every woman on the planet couldn’t think of anything worse.
But… just to make the whole thing a tad creepier… he even causes the panties to magically dance around his face… it’s just… well… watch it…
We can only hope the trick he was talking about doing four years later where he planned to get a girl pregnant live on stage was just a joke…
